PM praises ambassadors’ role in bridging countries
He also pledged to provide the ambassadors with the best conditions to help them work successfully during their working terms and contribute to furthering the friendship between their countries and Vietnam .
Russian Ambassador Kovtun Andrey Grigorievich and Panamanian Ambassador Eduardo Antonio Young Virzi paid visits to PM Dung on November 10.
PM Dung confirmed that Vietnam always places importance to boosting its traditional friendship and new strategic partnership with Russia .
The Vietnamese Government and people will work hard to deepen the Vietnam-Russia strategic partnership in all areas for the practical benefit of both countries, he told the Russian ambassador.
With the Panamanian diplomat, PM Dung said Vietnam wants to expand its cooperation in maritime affairs, trade and agriculture with Panama .
To make bilateral cooperation more practical, the Vietnamese leader suggested that the new ambassadors cooperate with relevant Vietnamese ministries and agencies to carry out signed cooperation agreements effectively.
The Russian and Panama diplomats said they felt honour to be given a post in Vietnam and affirmed to do their utmost to enhance their countries’ ties with Vietnam./.
